Offshore Renewables

Our offshore renewables services were originally established in 2008 whereby a structural evolvement into the rapidly growing offshore renewables and more specific the offshore windfarm sector was required. DISA decided to establish a brand name and company for the offshore windfarm services named C-VENTUS Offshore Windfarm Services. 

C-VENTUS Offshore Windfarm Services was established in 2011 in response to the growing demand for a dedicated service provider with specialist knowledge in offshore windfarm installation, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and decommissioning.

C-VENTUS operated independently as a subsidiary of DISA International until 15th of May 2024 on which DISA announced the Merger and Acquisitions of C-VENTUS with Føn Energy Services. 

Føn Energy Services and C-Ventus Offshore Windfarm Services decided to advances towards its’ mutual goal and creating a globally leading offshore wind service provider!

Føn Energy Services is an independent services provider established by two of the biggest industrial conglomerates in the North Sea, Akastor (majority owned by Aker) and IKM, to industrialize and digitize the offshore wind service market.

 Following the completion of the merger, and the onboarding of DISA International as a Shareholder and board member, C-Ventus continued under the Føn Energy Services brand.
