DISA International BV AND VAN LEEUWEN SPECIALS BV OPERATE thEIR SPECIALIST Joint Venture "VLCV BV" SINCE 2019.

VLCV BV, a specialist company that provides turnkey projects requiring a combination of marine subsea activities and trenchless technologies.

VLCV BV originated as a joint venture in 2019 between C-VENTUS Offshore Windfarm Services, a subsidiary of DISA International, and VL SPECIALS BV, a subsidiary of VLST BV (Van Leeuwen Trenchless Technologies). The company was branded as VLCV BV (VAN LEEUWEN & C-VENTUS JV).

C-VENTUS operated independently as a subsidiary of DISA International until May 15, 2024, when DISA announced the merger and acquisition of C-VENTUS Offshore Windfarm Services by Føn Energy Services.

Following this merger and acquisition, VLCV BV continued its joint venture operations, directly under the management of DISA International and Van Leeuwen Specials BV.

VL Specials, part of Gebr. Van Leeuwen Boringen BV, is a land-based drilling specialist and construction firm which specializes in trenchless installation of pipelines and cables and provides subsurface construction solutions for the installation of infrastructural networks, conduits which carry electric cables and pipelines for carrying (sewage) water, gas, oil and other products. DISA International, is a dedicated service provider with specialist knowledge in offshore windfarm installation, operations and maintenance (O&M) and decommissioning.
