Diversification and international expansion have broadened and deepened the DISA brand. They operate globally anno 2025 with several divisions. In civil construction, offshore wind, offshore oil & gas, and shipwreck salvage. ‘The knowledge we have accumulated over all these years in the fascinating underwater world turns out to be very cross-applicable in the various divisions. We regularly apply proven techniques and concepts from one division to another. This is how we make a difference, and it also gives us a functional advantage.’ DISA International has had a year full of exciting developments. Among other things, the renowned provider of maritime and subsea services achieved Step 4 on the Safety Culture Ladder and now has an official branch in Germany. ‘We are also proud of our merger with Føn Energy Services. It strengthens our position as a leading European Operations & Maintenance (O&M) player within offshore wind energy,’ said Didier. ‘And with the strategic investment and divisional merger of our Wreck Removal division with BlueTack, we are taking another important step forward in our growth strategy.’

In 2022, DISA became a shareholder of SKEYE, a leading expert in aerial drone solutions. ‘Since then, their innovative services have been integrated into our portfolio,’ said Didier. ‘From offices in the Netherlands, Romania and the UK, they offer advanced solutions in aerial support, including geographical data collection, industrial inspections, premium imagery and LUC-approved remotely operated aerial operations. These techniques help us perform our work ever more efficiently and safely. Because safety is our top priority. Our strong track record in this area reflects this.’
