APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGEMENT AT C-VENTUS

C-Ventus Offshore Windfarm Services BV, a DISA company

It is with great pleasure to announce that since the 1st of January 2020, Paul van Tongeren and Peter van Veen, have been appointed for the day to day management of C-Ventus Offshore Windfarm Services BV. Both Paul and Peter have an extensive career to show for and have acquired an excellent track record over the past years within C-Ventus. Peter van Veen will take the role as Operations Manager whereas Paul van Tongeren will take on the role of Commercial manager, together forming the general management.

“As Managing Director of the DISA group I am very excited that Paul and Peter have taken up the mantle and challenge in leading C-Ventus in its current expansion and into the next phase. I have no doubt that they will continue on developing our services and serving our clients to the high level and quality where C -Ventus is known for” said Didier de Graaff.

“I was involved as Commercial manager from the time that the early foundations were crafted at C-Ventus. I left the company in early 2017 to take on new challenges at 4SEAS. Late last year 4SEAS merged with C-Ventus and I was able to re-join this amazing company and energetic team of colleagues again. It really felt like coming home again. I am very privileged to jointly take the helm and to steer towards the right winds and waves in this thriving Renewables industry. Working together with Peter has already paid off, therefore I am very confident with the strong fundament we have and being able to continue developing C-Ventus and expand our footprint” commented Paul van Tongeren.

C-Ventus operates in 17 Offshore Windfarms in 6 countries and has started the setup of a new branch office in Taiwan and branch developments in Japan.

“It is a privilege to take on the challenge of leading the amazing team at C-Ventus. I am honored by the confidence placed in both Paul and myself by the DISA group, to lead C-Ventus into the future. I am looking forward to support our team in its further development and expand on the continuous growth of our company.” said Peter van Veen.

The company also continues to have a strong focus and service development on the Offshore Wind installation market such as the recently formed JV company VLCV BV. VLCV BV is a Van Leeuwen Specials BV & C-Ventus JV company specialized in turnkey projects requiring a combination of marine and subsea activities and trenchless technologies in the Offshore cables landing market.
