Technician
Conducts warehouse tasks according to the company standards and rules and regulations as industry guides and best practices.
Reports to: Maintenance Logistics Warehouse Manager
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main duties will include:
- Common maintenance/repair/certification of equipment, if qualified therefore
- Access control of equipment and material in warehouse (through suppliers or projects)
- Set out (approved) equipment and material needed for projects
- Know what equipment is being used for what project
- Put inappropriate equipment aside
- Avoid dangers to oneself and others
- Report dangers to one’s supervisor
- Use the provided business and protection equipment in a correct manner
- Participate in organized discussions, instructions and/or training
- Participate in organised discussions, instructions and/or trainings.
AUTHORITIES:
- Shut-down operations in case of direct danger to oneself or others, provided that one’s supervisor is also immediately informed thereof
- Entitled to spontaneously consult the Safety, Health and Welfare Service
- Authorizations according to the company authorization matrix
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:
- Intermediate Technical degree or relevant experience
- Some knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics
- Some knowledge of computer and video systems
- Knowledge of Dutch, preferably English as well
